 Fees
 
 I take some insurances and have a fee schedule for treatment services.  Please inquire if interested for more information. Fees/ copays are paid at the beginning of each visit. Payments can be made in cash or check. If you want a receipt for your payment, please ask for one in the beginning of the session. A fee increase typically occurs at most 2x/year which only affects you if you are not using your health insurance. If you have a concern about the ability to pay the fee, please feel free to bring it up to me. Usually, a mutually agreeable arrangement can be worked out and reviewed every 3 or 6 months.

Insurance​

 

I currently Accept Tufts, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Harvard Pilgrim/United Behavioral Health, Optum.  I also take any of the Beacon products including Neighborhood Health plan, BMC, Fallon,GIC Indemnity, Aetna, and Cigna, as well as others.  If you do not have any of those insurances, you are welcome to start treatment and send in for reimbursement yourself or request out of network services.
 
If you are using your insurance for a service, ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​please check with your insurance company before we meet. It is your responsibility to know if you have a deductible and/or copay and have that with you at appointment. You can find this out by calling the behavioral health service number on your card.  Please notify me of any changes to your insurance or contact information as soon as possible. You are responsible for any charges that occur as a result of such a change, as well as paying for any visits that are not covered by insurance.
